All orders will be shipped via USPS. Rates are calculated according to the buyers location. Please allow 12 days for your shipment to be processed. It may take 1-2 days for your order to be fulfilled. If you have still not received your order after 3 weeks feel free to contact us directly at info@friendsandgoods.com. FRIENDS & GOODS is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Please contact info@friendsandgoods.com if you have any issues receiving your goods.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. For international orders that have been in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.
Customs
We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country. Should an international order be sent back to us due to lack of claim we will contact you to arrange a reship or credit to the website. As mentioned in our store policy, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Return Policy
All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, notify us within 5 business days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement. Please provide your order number and the name associated with your order.
